A meditation to balance body and mind

Our body is our closest „home“ and therefore our best friend, who is always there for us. Yet often, we pay little attention to our body, force it to exercise or do not exercise enough, or we eat foods that do not suit us.

This guided meditation can make you aware of how your psyche expresses itself in your body with all its thoughts and feelings . All health issues or all topics that are of concern to you right now and that express themselves inside your body can come to the surface and be brought into balance.

The well known and widely tested meditative therapy from Osho, Reminding yourself of the forgotten language of talking to your body-mind, constitutes the foundation of this programme. I have thoroughly been trained in this method and am licensed to teach it. While the original process is kept intact, I added to it my experience and training as a hypnotherapist practitioner, meditation teacher and life purpose coach and included bonus tracks and additional tips and techniques that add to the process without diluting any of its original strength.

What is required of you to partake in the process?

  • about one hour of your time in the morning for 7 consecutive days

  • 5 minutes of time before bedtime

  • willingness to do nothing, to let yourself drift into relaxation and enjoy the process, your process!

Du lernst, worum es geht, damit Du optimal vorbereitet bist und wie Du Dir den Kurs am besten zu Eigen machen und auf Deine Lebenssituation zuschneiden kannst. 

Tag 2.

Ab heute beginnt der verlängerte Prozess und wir vertiefen, was Du am ersten Tag gelernt hast. Darüber hinaus wirst Du Dich einigen Abwehrmechanismen und Symptomen widmen, die Du im Verlauf Deines Lebens angeeignet hast und die Du gerne ändern möchtest.

Tag 4.

Am vierten Tag geht unser System häufig in einen Abwehrzustand über. Sich einer Veränderung zu widersetzen, ist ein normaler Teil des Lebens. Denn Veränderung - auch wenn es um Selbst-Heilung geht - bedeutet Ungewissheit. Und so können wir uns aufgrund dieser Angst der Entspannung widersetzen. Wir sabotieren damit unseren eigenen Heilungsprozess. Deshalb werden wir uns von nun an genau diesem Abwehrmechanismus widmen und ihn in den Prozess aufnehmen.

Tag 6.

Langsam gewöhnt sich Dein System an den Prozess. Es fällt uns leichter zu entspannen, und uns in der Meditation auszudehnen. Die Bereitschaft loszulassen entzieht dem Verstand die Kontrolle und lässt Dein inneres Wissen wachsen.

Bonus-Übungen, Videos und Tagebuch-Fragen vertiefen den Prozess und erweitern Dein inneres Wissen jeden Tag ein stückweit mehr.

Tag 1. 

Heute brechen wir zu unserer siebentägigen Reise in die Welt der vollständigen BodyMind-Entspannung und Selbstheilung auf. Der erste Tag ist ein wenig kürzer. Er stellt den Prozess vor und Du lernst, mit Deinem Körper zu kommunizieren, liebevoll mit Dir in Verbindung zu gehen.

Tag 3.

Die Verbindung zu Deinem BodyMind vertieft sich. Eine Bonus-Übung lässt Dich die Symptome und Situationen, die Du ändern möchtest unter einem erweiterten Blickwinkel betrachten.

Tag 5.

Ab Tag fünf widmest Du Dich neben Themen und Symptomen komplexeren Verhaltensmustern. Eine Bonus Übung hilft Dir dabei.

Tag 7.

Auch wenn Du den Prozess nun kennst, lernen wir, jeden Tag als neue Erfahrung zu begrüßen: Heiße das Neue in Deinem Leben willkommen, während Du Dich so entspannst, dass Du in den Dir nun bekannten Prozess eintauchst. Entspanne Dich auch in dem Wissen, dass das Erlernte nun ein Teil von Dir ist.
