Primordial Sound Meditation is a powerful and effective mantra method to enhance mindfulness, well-being and personal growth. We use the sacred sound of special mantras that have their roots in the Vedic wisdom tradition of India.
The mantras are individually chosen for you based on the sound of the universe at the time of your birth. They connect you with your primordial vibration and help you to infuse your everyday life with it.
The meditation course consists of four modules and teaches you about
the origin of primordial sound meditation,
how to recognise, set and implement goals that are in touch with your inner wisdom,
how meditation enriches your daily life and strengthens your health,
the power of mantra and higher levels of consciousness,
Vedic wisdom and western approaches to meditation.
Primordial Sound Meditation is an ancient technique based on the Shankaracharya tradition of India. It was revived only relatively recently by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon and made accessible to a wider audience in the West.
How we do it:
You can take the course online via the Zoom platform or on site. It includes four sessions. Three sessions are two to two and a half hours long, one session, in which you are initiated to your personal primordial sound, lasts about half an hour. We will meditate together during the course.
