All Tidal Nodes retreats offer an ideal retreat-environment for you. They take place in a nourishing and confidential space within a small, like-minded group of people. It is an opportunity to just be and to connect with your inner silence.
A gentle meditation day on which you can "gift yourself time".
In this one-day retreat you will learn more about your personal stress triggers and your natural points of connection. In a small and confidential group, you will explore techniques that you can easily integrate into your everyday life. You can deeply relax and get nourished all around.
From the canon of the following meditations I choose the most suitable ones for the day:
QiGong - moving meditation
Inner Skills - Mindfulness in action
Heart-centred speaking and listening
This meditation retreat is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced meditators.
Sometimes we will also address special topics during the retreats.
How it works: We meet from 10:00-16:00 in a small, confidential group. That's why it's necessary to book in advance. During the breaks we have a small vegetarian snack. For special needs please bring your own food. We will have the opportunity of an exchange.

Tidal Nodes Retreats
All Tidal Nodes retreats offer an ideal space to relax and reconnect with yourself.
Using a unique fusion of techniques, we take you step by step through the “art of now” or more simply put, how to be present in the moment. You learn to escape the inner mind and live in your heart.
As usual we integrate the different layers of life. On the physical level we use breathing, body awareness and the connection with the senses. On the level of the mind we use contemplation, inquiry, intention and mantras. On the spiritual level we use heart-centered methods.
We will learn how to reduce stress and to effortlessly be "resilient" and "vulnerable" at the same time; how to improve the relationship with yourself and others and to enhance self-confidence, self-esteem and well-being.
All Tidal Nodes Retreats are small (6-8 people), private, tailor-made in a beautiful room with freshly prepared, healthy, vegetarian food.
This ensures you're feeling comfortable, nurtured, safe to be yourself and to meet like-minded people. You don’t have to worry about anything but giving yourself the much needed space to relax.
