Primordial Sound Meditation is a powerful and effective mantra method to enhance mindfulness, well-being and personal growth. We use the sacred sound of special mantras that have their roots in the Vedic wisdom tradition of India.

 

The mantras are individually chosen for you based on the sound of the universe at the time of your birth. They connect you with your primordial vibration and help you to infuse your everyday life with it.

 

The meditation course consists of four modules and teaches you about

  • the origin of primordial sound meditation,

  • how to recognise, set and implement goals that are in touch with your inner wisdom,

  • how meditation enriches your daily life and strengthens your health,

  • the power of mantra and higher levels of consciousness,

  • Vedic wisdom and western approaches to meditation.

Primordial Sound Meditation is an ancient technique based on the Shankaracharya tradition of India. It was revived only relatively recently by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon and made accessible to a wider audience in the West.

 

How we do it:

You can take the course online via the Zoom platform or on site. It includes four sessions. Three sessions are two to two and a half hours long, one session, in which you are initiated to your personal primordial sound, lasts about half an hour. We will meditate together during the course.

Content

You will learn to meditate with your primordial sound.

 

In addition, you will learn how meditation and specifically mantra meditation works and receive scientific information on the benefits of meditation for the health of our body-mind system. We will delve into the Vedic knowledge from which Primordial Sound Meditation originates.

Course Structure

Session 1

Introduction and basic principles

I will introduce you to the basic principles of Primordial Sound Meditation, it’s history and the importance of your mantra.

Session 3

Practical aspects of meditation

You will learn some practical aspects of meditation that can be helpful during your practice, such as how stress is released in your body. We will also share your experiences, answer questions, and meditate together.

Bonus

You will learn how to ask soul questions and to integrate the answers coming from your inner being as intentions into your meditation.

We will integrate different pranayama techniques.

Session 2

Mantra Initiation

You will receive personal instruction in your Primordial Sound Mantra and learn how to use it. You will try meditation for the first time using your Primordial Sound Mantra.

Session 4

Higher states of consciousness

In your last session we will take a look at higher states of consciousness that you may experience during your meditation practice. It is about de-mystifying what is actually quite normal. I will share a simplified version of these higher states.
